A Bi-Steel panel consists of two steel faceplates separated by an array of transverse bar connectors. The panels are factory produced to maintain consistent high quality and are available in both flat and curved form.

These panels are the key components for all Bi-Steel structures.  The panels are fabricated into a wide range of structures that are fast and simple to install. For most applications the panels are assembled into larger modules for delivery to site. Once the modules have been erected, the void in the Bi-Steel panels is filled with concrete.  It is this combination of a permanent steel formwork and concrete fill that makes Bi-Steel highly blast resistant, extremely strong in use and fast to build.

Surefast is a unique system developed to facilitate the rapid assembly of Bi-Steel panels on site using an innovative ‘slot and lock’ connection technique. This system enables Bi-Steel structures to be constructed in a matter of hours compared with weeks or months for conventional concrete structures.
